Aquapark Chaweng

Aquapark Chaweng is one of Thailand’s most exciting destinations and is located in the sea at Chaweng Beach.

Located in front of Monkey Bay Beach Bar, the Aquapark is fascinating as it is thrilling. The child-friendly location will have you enjoying the best of both worlds: scenic views of the sea as well as water slides and rides.

Monkey Bay itself is a key attraction at Chaweng Beach. Many visitors opt to take the kids along for fun water activities at the Aquapark as they head to Monkey Bay and grab a cocktail, watching from a distance and enjoying the cool sea breeze.

The basic structure of the Aquapark is made of huge inflatables that are anchored to the ground below to ensure stability. In addition to this, the Aquapark is sealed off in a bid to prevent access by water skiers, in effect ensuring the safety of the kids at the park.

Safety is key at the waterpark in Chaweng, so anyone willing to get into the park MUST wear a life jacket at all times. A visit to the Aquapark Chaweng is incomplete without taking up the thrilling challenge of the climbing walls, the trampolines and the human catapult bags.

The park opens at 10:00am and closes at 6.00pm daily (subject to sea conditions) and is open for hire at night.

    • Hi Adi,

A songthaew will be the cheapest way to get to Aquapark Chewang followed by a taxi or tuk tuk. A taxi will take you direct, but will cost a little more.

If you are looking to save money on your trip, I recommend you use a songthaew for most of your travels as they can be as little as 20Baht for short trips.

      Best regards,
