The Wharf Samui

The Wharf Samui is a massive shopping mall complex in Bophut; spanning an area of over 5,000 square meters full of vendors. The design of the entire mall has been well thought out, combining Western and Eastern influences that make shopping here genuinely delightful.

Aside from that, visitors will love the impressive selection of quality products to be found here.

The Wharf Samui, Outdoor Shopping Mall, Shops & Store Hours, Bophut

The open-air market was launched in December of 2014. Situated on the western end of the famous Fisherman’s Village, the mall is rather expansive as it stretches from the main ring road to Beach Road. There is also a generous space dedicated to a parking lot for visitors taking a vehicle here.

What makes this shopping destination unique is the absence of any brand-name stores. Instead, you will find many boutiques selling inexpensive fashion, clothing, and accessories. Since they have no brand names, they are sold at low prices, but the quality is still very good. It’s no surprise that this is one of the best shopping establishments in all of Koh Samui. Other facilities found here include a currency exchange, food court, and a kids’ play area.

Even though the market is spacious, the plaza has been designed to be compact enough so that it’s easy to see all the vendors within one day. Despite being open-air, there are also several seating areas with an umbrella that offer shade from the hot sun.

If you have diving or snorkelling needs, head over to the shop in the market which can arrange activities for you. If all that shopping tires you out, head over to the mall’s spa for some rejuvenation. After all the shopping, treat yourself to a filling meal since there is an excellent choice of local and international restaurants here.

The Wharf Samui is located at 99/1 Moo 1 on Bophut Beach Road, by the Fisherman’s Village.
