Paradise Waterfall is one of the most famous falls here, and it’s also much easier to get to compared to the others. What makes it unique is the rock cascades that invite visitors to have a dip. When visiting Paradise Waterfalls, be sure to wear the proper footwear since the road can get slippery if it’s wet.

Phaeng Waterfall is a major attraction for those looking to explore Koh Phangan’s different waterfalls. It’s the biggest waterfall on the island, and easily accessible by bicycle or on foot. Bring snacks and refreshments which you can enjoy after a refreshing dip in the falls.

The Than Sadet Waterfall National Park, on the eastern side of the island, offers not one, but three waterfalls.  These are the Daenang, Thong Nang, and Saampon falls. The park is also historical, as it was discovered in 1888 by no other than King Rama V, whose initials can be found carved into a rock by the falls. Eventually, future kings who visited after him also left their initials carved into the rock – a tradition that carries on to present day.

The best way to explore Koh Phangan waterfalls is by renting a scooter for the day. This way, you’ll be able to visit these attractions at your own pace and relax. If you don’t know how to drive one, there is also the option of renting a private driver.
